Mediacom arbitrarily changed my first appt without contacting me. No excuse, they just did it and told me that the original appt was no longer available. UGH. Because I work I had to reschedule a new time two weeks past the original date. The time frame was between 1-5 pm. It is now 5:45 pm and no tech.
