[solved]openvpn -TLS key negotiation failed to occur
I have a problem with OpenVPN client to reconnect after link is down. Even probably do not matter if you have it on AWS or not. the health check is just a 'service alive' that check the port is open and answering whatever that makes openvpn to see an incomming but not properly finishing the protocol handshake.
